1. Description

The route allows you to explore the rich history of sugar cane production in Colombia in an 8-hour tour. Participants will visit Hacienda Piedechinche, an example of colonial architecture in Valle del Cauca, where they will learn about its historical relevance.

The Sugar Cane Museum will show you the evolution of sugar production and the traditional processes of cultivation and elaboration of sugar and the majesty of its landscapes. The tour also highlights the local biodiversity in the sugar cane fields and ends in Ginebra, a Magic Town in the Cauca Valley, where you can enjoy its charm and hospitality.

2. What to bring?

Sunscreen during the outdoor tour.
Water for hydration.
Sunglasses.
Appropriate footwear for walking.
Cap or hat.
Insect repellent.
Report allergies or medical conditions.
Report any discomfort during the expedition.
Specific recommendations: The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes.

3. Important notes

This tour operates with a minimum group size of 5 people.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour.
No refund will be made if the passenger does not show up for the tour at the indicated time plus a 10 minute margin.
The agency is not responsible for unforeseen events caused by natural disasters, public disturbances, etc., which may require changes in the schedule.
