Visitors will live a 4-hour culinary experience in the authentic Plaza de Mercado La Alameda. They will explore the colorful market stalls, where vendors share their ancestral wisdom about traditional herbs.

They will be immersed in the aromas and flavors of Colombian gastronomy, tasting a variety of fresh and authentic products. They will participate in a cooking workshop guided by traditional cooks, where they will learn how to prepare a typical dish from Valle del Cauca.

They will discover traditional culinary techniques and combine market-fresh ingredients to create an authentic delicacy. It is, in short, a unique connection to the gastronomic and cultural richness of Colombia, leaving an indelible mark on your memories.
